Jaydeep Tubes
JAYDEEP TUBES PVT. LTD. was established to manufacture and provide the specialty in engineering tubing's in Copper, Brass, Cupro-Nickel, Aluminum Brass, Admiralty Brass and other Copper Alloy in tubes, coils & rods. A state of art Manufacturing unit was established at Umbergaon, Gujarat in 1998, as JAYDEEP TUBES, which went to become a limited company in 1998. Having the skill & necessary knowledge for the production of integrated fin tubes & can manufacturer the same as per customer's requirements. Their products and expertise are ideally suited for applications requiring maximum performance in a minimum package.

Copper Fin Tubes |
Jaydeep's Copper & Cupro Nickel Fin tubes offers more surface area compared to
plain tubes & increases heat exchange capacity of the tubes. Fin tubes are manufactured as per the customer's specific requirements. Having the skill & necessary knowhow for the production of integrated fin tubes & can manufacture the same. |

Wire Wound Fin Tube |
| |
The cooling fin tube are wound with wire or sheet duly root soldered. The extended surface area of these finned tubes are used in many applications which are manufactured by the firm of any dia and length. The fin tubes normally are made of bare tubes of Copper, Cupro Nickel & Admiralty Brass with fin material of Aluminum & copper wounded around it.

Sheet Wound Fin Tube |
| |
This type of fin tube is most suitable for air surface coolers. The cone of the tube is seamless and individual tube can be replaced in case of any failure without disturbing other tubes of air cooler.

Admiralty Brass Tubes |
A Copper Zinc Alloy containing tin and small amount of Arsenic which is added as an inhibitor against dezincification. The pressure of Tin imparts to the alloy good corrosion resistance in a moderately polluted river water and clean sea water, either stagnant or slow moving (up to about 2 meters / sec.). The most common and wrought form is tube for heat exchange equipment.

70/30 Cupro Nickel Tubes |
A Copper Nickel Alloy having small amount of iron and manganese to improve corrosion resistance in high velocity ( from 1 to about 4mtrs/sec.) waters, including sea water. The alloy is relatively insensitive to stress corrosion. It had good cold and hot working properties and is readily weldable.
