A management structure was introduced to emphasise a functional organisation operating in accordance with generally recognised principles of good corporate governance.
Kayan’s Senior Management is responsible for the on-going activities and is the driving force behind Kayan. The Senior Management team reflects the true international nature of the company as many of the executives come from various regions in the world.
Day-to-day management is also run through various operating divisions and committees.

Mr. Al Gharibeh is a
Graduate in Computer Engineering from UCF (University of Central Florida –
Orlando) and with more than 27 years of experience in diversified fields.
He has also served as a ‘Consultant’ for many private projects towards the
development of Hardware and Software Applications and experience in IT
before joining Kayan in April 2002. He is a member of Kuwait
Society of Engineers. |

Mr. Justin has contributed enormously in the industrial scene of Kuwait, providing consultative support to the company's clients, pre-sales assistance to the sales team, design services, scope development, presentation and demonstration services. Helping to develop and promote the solutions sets that the Kayan brings to its clients base.Working with the key vendor partners to become familiar with their go-to-market value proposition. Under the team oriented approach, working with the local regional sales team to identify, recommend, promote and present solutions to the existing and target clients in the fields of Fabrication, Construction & Errection, Industrial power tools & Equipments, Oil field Requirements. He is working with Kayan since 1993 and has good repute in Kuwait market.
